Count the downtime

Copy the numbers from your host's Service Level Agreement, list the outages you saw, and the Reckoner works out each month's uptime, the credit the agreement promises and the last day to claim it. Nothing is stored unless you press Save.

One outage per line, in your time zone: 2026-09-04 13:10 to 14:52 note. Crossing midnight: 2026-09-30 22:15 to 2026-10-01 00:45. Tag [maint] or [mine] anywhere in the note. Take the times from your monitor's alerts, the host's status page or your own notes. Lines starting with # are skipped.

Times are read in the zone you picked. Nothing leaves this page except to this site.
